new type of cloaking

Can i suggest a new type of cloak that when activated prevents you from showing up on the mini map and also prevents other players being able to lock onto your ship.
Make it craftable but with very rare resources so that we cant go crazy with them,

Most frustrating thing in pvp atm is these people using 3rd party software that enables them to still see our ships when we are cloaked, this new cloaking would put some fairness back into pvp as even though they would probably still see us on the spacemap they would not be able to lock us until we ourselves start an attack.

 

they'll just see through that too, what you're suggesting is kinda like the ultimate cloak, they still see them/us when we use the ability. and why make it harder for us to get what we need to fight when you know they'll just get it at a way faster rate anyway. Again. this would just be something to treat one of the symptoms instead of the root of the problem, 3rd party software.

 

yes they would probably still be able to see us but they wont be able to lock on and shoot until we decide to shoot first which would massively make pvp fairer again as the problem now is that cloaks are useless in pvp against cheaters. This new cloak will prevent you from being shot at whilst cloaked which is the main problem. Cloaking needs improving anyway as its not been updated in like forever and these old type of cloaks are useless in this game now.

 

The cheaters will always find a way!!!

 

All you need to do is watch the youtube videos that the devs refuse to see and claim we are all 'James Cameron' and creating the vids.
The app users simply tab through. They dont aim or use a mouse to lock you and when cloaked you are directly visible. I stopped buying and using cloaks after searching this and seeing it. I was locked in a field of prots during crazy prots multiple times.

Its clear they will not block secondary ips or apps. If they choose to do anything to anyone its only becuase they cost them money.

 

untill 3rd party programs are removed no one will buy stuff ,aparrt from losing money from the botters, if the normal players are not buying then d.0 are losing out double, cmon d.o face the inevitable you have to address the 3rd party programs
