news letter

Hi, been playing awhile now and have clicked yes more then once to recieve the newsletter. Have to say I have only recieved 2 in a year. Is that about right or do they come out weekly or monthly?

That's normal. It comes out when there is a huge thing happening, such as the new "Reloaded" game thing. But other than that, it comes out about every couple of months.

You can usually tell when a newsletter comes out because people are complaining on the forums how they've been "subscribed to the newsletter since the start of the game" and that they didn't get the voucher code.

 

They do not come out to often, only when there is a major change to the game or you may be "randomly" selected to receive a voucher code.

 

and what did u get from those newsletter if i may ask

 

In the last newsletter, you got a Spearhead and a free hanger. If you already had all the hangers open, you got 250 gate spins.

Voucher codes differ from player to player and they are randomly distributed.
To know more about subscribing to Newsletter please click this link> Newsletter Registration FAQ
Also voucher code is sent to players during special occasions, game update etc.
If you were not subscribed to newsletter at the time they were sent out, you won't receive any voucher code.
Regarding players who didn't receive voucher codes they can always Contact Support for further assistance.
