    Hello Space pilots,

    The DarkOrbit Newsletter is a feature that we offer to our customers to keep them updated on Technical issues, Game Updates, Special Events as well as the Special Bonuses from time to time.

    In most cases, registering for the Newsletter is a simple process that takes only a few minutes. Directions on how to get your account registered can be found in the Newsletter registration FAQ.

    As DarkOrbit/Bigpoint is an ever growing community, we do work with many third party associates known as Affiliates. These affiliates help us to offer access to the DarkOrbit/Bigpoint gaming experience. However, some of our affiliates exclude its users from receiving and or registering for the Dark Orbit Newsletter.

    Unfortunately, those players in the community who access the game from an Affiliate of DarkOrbit/Bigpoint may not be eligible to receive newsletters as most of our partners allow us to send newsletters.

    Accounts that are created via an affiliate of DarkOrbit/Bigpoint cannot be removed from the affiliate where they were created.

    We hope this helps to clarify why certain offers may or may not have been received by certain players within the Dark Orbit gaming community.
