  1. Hello,

    How do i know that i have activated the newsletter or not?
    Does the newsletter is activated when the black slot is covering the "Yes" word or when the black slot is covering the "No" word?

  2. Go Account Center top right with Setting icon.
    If you look thoroughly you will see
    Green background on Yes and Red background on No. So, if Black slot is covering No or you see Green then you are subscribed with the newsletter.

  4. My settings on Newsletter is that the black slot is covering the No, but i havent got any voucher from last month.

    Voucher codes differ from player to player and they are randomly distributed.
    Also voucher code is sent to players during special occasions, game update etc.
    If you were not subscribed to newsletter at the time they were sent out, you won't receive any voucher code.
    Regarding players who didn't receive voucher codes they can always Contact Support for further assistance.
