No CC option to buy anything.

    When I go to buy premium/rebate/uri etc. There is absolutely no option to place my credit card in there. Here is what it looks like.

    Did you try pressing the payment method? If you did then close out of your browser, re-open it, and clear cache.

    tried clearing my cache and even pressing status and cancelation and deleting the info if it was in there, but to no avail. Same 5 options show up.
