No Chat, No "sorry"?

While the chats broken, and those without TeamSpeak, Ventrillo, or Skype, or any other form of communication other than chat, you would at least expect us to have the special boxes for the MayDay event on full time instead of a few poxy ours at a time?

Some of us are resorting to just boxing because we cant arrange sod all else to do.

The boxes were crap again anyway. PLD-8s and SAR-02s? More crap most people have too much of anyway. Total crap. And who the hell wants cred rockets?

I want the 2008/9 easter egg boxes back where the golden boxes would have up to ~1300 uri in them (Without box doubler). That was a good week.

 

made 350 gg spins and 40k uri off these things in an hour last night.

Well, either way, we deserve something for the this mess up

Agree with Lagi on the boxes, considering the chat issues they could have Put them on to keep us happy till chat was sorted the spins were good and built up a wizz rocket supply again... well thats a lil low again now as it goes would rather they fixed chat asap though

 

Its only just occured to me, the boxes were on friday for a bit, then ended at 11pm (GMT), never saw them again.

So our "special event" lasted less than 24 hours?

So worth it.

mayday in the british holidays is actually the 4th of may lol, so boxes being on for just the first is a bit daft.

 

Can we please have a chat system that works instead of a constant 'Reconnecting message', some people do actually pay for this game, DO development team can surely do better as if I had purchased this game on retail terms I would most certainly be entitled to a refund as your service does not deliver as described or expected right now which is one reason I do not pay to play any more. EU legislation is very handy for making sure service providers deliver as described or expected, please do deliver the service you 'usually' provide as we expect no less. for now I am relegated to sending messages via facebook which is less than satisfactory.

Edit to add: Sorry for the sarcasm but we the customer really do expect better from a multinational corporation, would you like me to administer your customer service and non conformity reports? (I expect $20 per hour for such services, please email at the address you have recorded on your database as I will be certain to reply within 96 hours)

 

This is the first time in the five years I've played on-and-off that the chat has broke. Sure I might've missed any times it's been down when I've not played, but it's still a really good uptime for the chat.

And in doing so they aren't entitled to anything other than what they purchased. Paying players need to lose the self-important attitude when it comes to issues affecting gameplay. It does nothing to help and makes you come across as turgid.

Nothing ever goes to plan. Giving people a hard time over that truth is just down right rude and disrespectful.
