No chat

I have no chats on both my US(east1) and US(east 3). Its been 3 days and 2months with no chat. Everything one my computer is up to date, I check everything on my computer. I restarted my computer and even turn off my chat and turn it on and still no chat.

 

Have you checked in your settings. You could have accidentally turned off the chat box

 

I have the same problem, I've tried using chrome and firefox, plus I even tried turning off Pepper flash in chrome but nothing has worked. I also checked my settings and the chat is turned on. So I don't understand why it isn't working... All I get is a gray box that I can minimize but that's all it does, not chat whatsoever.

 

My chat is turn on and still just a grey box.

TRUE_KILLER, Have you made sure your Flash Player and Java are current? Have you tried clearing cache? An excellent guide to this can be found >Here<. Also can you replicate the issue in a different browser?

Most of that thread is about local browser cache. What need to be done here is go to flash website and clear the chat log in website storage panel.

Select delete all sites in the little box that shows up.
It wouldnt hurt to clear old java files to do this click start - control panel- dbl click java- settings- delete files. Then reboot your pc.
