    There is no guarantee that users who have been inactive will receive any come-back offers or bonuses from support. These are given out at the discretion of support however nowhere does there state that this is a guarantee. I'm sorry that you're unhappy that you have not been offered anything to return to an account but this is not an bug. If you feel strongly that you have an issue with this then you are more than welcome to try and persuade support otherwise.
