    Hello spacepilots,

    The team is aware that the two weeks premium for those eligible was a bit short. The rest of the premium time will be issued to those accounts, but unfortunately this will not be able to take place until Monday next week.

    If we get any more updates or information on this we will be sure to pass it along.

    It is just free stuff they're giving us though.
    Just be patient, it will come sooner or later :)

    It was compensation for lost time enjoying the game. It should have been a #1 PRIORITY as it was something to appease bad feelings about D O and all it has done is further fester the disgust towards the game.

    Hello,

    I rather thought #1 priority for the game was that it's up and running, but heyo...

    Anyway, we got the update today and I think it went into effect before I woke up as it was all there when I did my daily logins so hopefully all good now :)

    added: I'd also mention that this whole compensation thing came up over Easter weekend, which was a long weekend for several. So yes there was a wait to get it resolved, but it was waiting for the correct people so it could be done correctly.
