no laser cannons

hi guys,
has anybody come across this glich, bug or cheat?....you are fighting someone and during the fight your ship stops shooting and a message comes on screen saying " you have no laser cannons on board that is why you cannot attack" now the pet is still shooting, but you have to re-lock and start again.
now this also happens while doing gates, any help would be nice

I've had it happen to me when I'm shooting NPC, so it's not a cheat other people are using, just another bug with DO. I relogged and haven't had it happen since.

Yes Even i have experienced this..When i was on battles Enemy empied and then this message appeared on the screen till i got lock and shot him back.After this i just cleared the cookies and chache and reset my browser settings.Now it works fine fore me and haven't recieved the message from past few days.
Try Doing it

 

i saw this bug while doing hades , but i was shooting npcs normally, it was just writin this message

yeah i have 1 question. can this be sorted just by clearing the cache? i've had the message popping up all the time for about 2 weeks now, started saying my PET had no lasers, now its moved onto the ship has no lasers. any help would be great

 

yes i get it awell with players and when cubing can u fix it im getin mesige sayin ive got no lasers on ship

 

Hello Emma

Make sure you have all the laser equipped in the configuration you were getting the pop-up message either on your ship or PET.
Regrading Clearing Cache can you please give this a try:

Log out of the game... go to your browser and clear the history.

Then go to the flash player - here is a link> http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
(This is an actual web page - not just an image)

Delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

just to say i have played long enough to know all about the cache and lag issues,and have tried that but it is still happening today while doing the beta L.K.s it seemed like every few mins i got that message.
would be nice to have it sorted

Had that happen to me too. Weast coast US server. I clean cache before I log on . It has nothing to do with that old univesal answer to cure all.

 

Same on GE6.
