No Paypal Option for MHH (With Supporting Attachments)

    Hi,

    I wanted to make a purchase for MHH Event today, but I was only allowed to select bank transfer option; there were no Paypal or other options available. I have made several transactions for the past 2 years and I always chose Paypal as my payment method.

    Support Attachments:

    (Abnormal) Scene 1 - I clicked on "Save Now" button.

    (Abnormal) Scene 2 - Pressed "Close" button.

    (Abnormal) Scene 3 - Selected my product and "Proceed to checkout".

    (Abnormal) Scene 4 - As you can see, there is nothing except "Pay with Bank transfer", which does not qualify for the MHH Event. It only showed this for merely about a second & moved to the next page, whereby I will need to key in my payment information.

    (Abnormal) Scene 5 - This is the page. They instantly sent me to this page without me clicking on "Continue with Bank Transfer *" from Scene 4.

    I had my current account logged out and tried on another in order to perform a test.

    Scene 6 - Logged out and used another of mine account. I clicked on "Save Now" button.

    Scene 7 - Similar to Scene 3, but this time, there was an additional option for me to select. I continued to "Proceed to checkout".

    Scene 8 - There are 5 more payment options available to me. I still have my Paypal account information being saved and recorded in BP's database as shown below.

    To add on, I have also attempted the all-time favorite support tagline: "Clear Your Cache". Here you go! :)

    Hi,

    I just realized that since my another account could show different modes of payments, this should not be a case of an event technical issue.

    Please relocate this thread to Technical Issues section instead if required.

    I have checked the payment page and I can see all options available each time I went through the process.
    Unfortunately Payment questions can only be handled through Support. There is a link to Support in my signature.

    Closing as player has been referred to Support.
