Notification of gaming issues to email?

Hey, so I was wondering, since there seems to be several issues here and there that affect the game, why not get a notification to our email, like a mass email that lets us know that the current server is down for whatever reason. Sometimes, the issues of the game dont even allow for log in, so it makes it hard to go to forums and see if there are any problems. Here is what I propose:

Just as if you were reaching out to support for help and they respond, a mass email to players should be sent informing them that there are currently some issue that may prohibit game play. This way, you are informed and are aware of whats going on. Of course, this email shouldnt be for every little issue, but those that severely affect the game play. Today for example, it took me several tries to get logged in the mainpage, then when I tried to play, it never moved beyond the loading screen, finally i checked forums and they said there is an issue with the game. But what if I wasnt able to log in. I mean I tried about 9 times before being allowed to log in. What are your thoughts?

 

Do you send mass emails.. GOM?

 

What do you mean if I send em? Im no mod nor do i work for DO, so why would I send it?

I think that is the least important thing on their to-do list, but yes, it seems a good idea...However, they could always simply post in the ever working 'FORUM'.

i cudnt log in today. We deserve a lf4 for this, or more than 500 spin, we pay for noting...

 

in the last 48hrs, I have managed to log in once for around 1hr...But battery died, therefore no more logging in 4 me today ....
