    Our sync has now been completed. We did some background work and fixed a bug:
    • Season Pass: We added the new Season Pass 3
    • Bug: P.E.T. deactivate button doesn't work when changing ships after summoning P.E.T.s - FIXED

    If you are still having trouble connecting to the game, please clear the cache in your game client and try again.

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our sync from today has completed.

    Unfortunately, we are facing some problems in the game after our sync today. The team is already on it.

    Besides that, the Chromin Rush event already ended on some servers at 10 am LST this morning due to a scheduling error. The team corrected the event end for the servers Global America / Global America 2 / US West / Mexico 1 to the correct ending time at 23:59 LST.

    We truly apologize for the inconveniences caused. :(

    Hello Space Pilots,

    Our sync has now been completed. We did some background work and fixed some problems:
    • Bug: Missing titles for Astral Ascension ranking Set 1 & 2 - FIXED
      • The missing titles have been added to the user accounts
    • Bug: Empyrian March boxes don't drop Cerberus Drone designs - FIXED
      • During certain time frames of our event, the Cerberus drone designs weren't available in the boxes but replaced with Ocean drone designs instead. We will do a compensation as soon as the event is finished
    Empyrian Boxes Compensation:
    As soon as the event is finished, all players that got an Ocean drone design instead of a Cerberus drone design will get the Cerberus drone designs booked (same amount as Ocean drone designs that they received during this event). The Ocean drone designs will stay in the accounts and won't be deleted. This booking starts after the Empyrian March event is finished.

    Due to an issue in booking the titles above, there was a second sync around 230pm CET. That sync is now completed and the titles should be booked correctly.
