Old resolution ships.

Hey guys since the resolution update the ships look un-detailed and tiny and I was wondering if there's a way of kind of zooming in the space screen, I'm willing to sacrifice some space for my beautiful ship.

Also another question, the red laser rings are gone on the enforcer and the 2 mp-1's are also removed from the venom. Why?

 

I don't know why is this, but I have to say that I truly miss what I have quoted here. I really liked the old Venom and Enforcer.

 

The Bastion has the 7 pilars (3 on the back, 2 on each front wing), the exp and honor designs still have the back double wings, so why remove the enforcers red rings?

 

Well, I don't know why is that The game designers need to be asked, I just wrote above that I miss the old Enforcer and Venom design, that's all.

The reason your ships have small "resolution" (its actually the same) is because of your screen resolution. Darkorbit uses our resolution and scales the game based on the map size not the ships. The large your resolution the more you can see; however, at the cost of ship/text size (or resolution as you call it)

 

Everyone miss the Old Ships

 

-Tyrant-002-, Unfortunately there is little that can be done regarding the size of the ships on your screen. The only thing I might be able to suggest is to reduce the resolution of your monitor (if supported). This would have the effect of making things slightly larger at a sacrifice of desktop area.
Regarding the graphic design of the ships themselves, you can put a post in the Update & Idea Pool and see if you can garner support for your idea. The development teams frequent this area looking for innovative ideas to update the game.

Quick question and I doubt anyone pays attention to small detail...how do you have Saturn with no Kronos?
