Once again lost prom and sep from ship

    After a 2 day debate with support, this morning I lost all refined prom and sep for the second time in 2 weeks. Support said issue was fixed but was not. They kept telling me it was visual issue but after it was fixed 3mil sep and prom never reappeared so visual issue is bull. Now I have to spend more uri to transfer ore just so I can play and no compensation or apology from anyone. I pay for premium and spend to be somewhat competative and all DO can do is NOTHING. Guess it's time to find something else. Customer service with this company sucks and they only care about money. Shameful the way customers are treated. Can't afford to keep spending uri because game team can't fix the many problems. Not bending over any more.

    Yep, I feel better. How about you?

    I am thinking asking them if it is possible to get the sep and prom back. 3 mil is a lot to lose. Are we talking on the generators or on everything?

    I have asked and they basically said they have no way to know what I had and don't believe what I tell them. So much customer service.

    Tracking how much you have at whatever moment is impossible. That would make the lag so bad it would be unplayable. It is a visual bug however. I did experience this, after you add more promi and/or sep to where ever you lost it it flashed the actual amount. It is visual.

    I am sorry that you are experiencing a visual glitch that is making your gaming experience unsatisfactory. Please know that we here in the forums are working hard to pass on all information to the proper people to have these in game things tested.

    I tis not visual since I had30k sep and prom and I had to add 2k more so the ship would run properly.Has been decided that it is more than just visual.Visual would not affect ships performance.

    ASTREA it isn't visual. I have same bug sometimes, sep and promi on lasers glich, i've lost a lot also. when it was "fixed" it was better but still wasn't fixed. I mean yes - on generators now show real time, but on lasers it still glich.

    What I will need for you to do, is provide the Following:

    Ship Username: (Not Type)
    User ID:
    Server:

    And a screen shot of your lasers when this glitch is occurring. As I have attempted to reproduce without any success. Please know that I am not disregarding your issue, I just need to have something to send forward for further investigation. Any information you can show will be greatly appreciated.
