Open Beta: Vortex of Greed

Hello Space Pilots,

We are planning an Open Beta for a new version of the Vortex of Greed event. To test and to collect user feedback, we will do an Open Beta first which will start today, Friday 25th July at 10 am (CEST) and it runs until Tuesday 29th July at 10 am (CEST). The Open Beta is available on Unity only even if the event itself will later be available in Flash and in Unity.

Here are the details:

• After our test server (Test 4) opens, you can see it in the server selection but you cannot enter it. You need to download the following client version beforehand: https://alicdn-oss-dev.darkorbit.com/release/DarkOrbit_Version1.1.56sp.zip
• During the test, the VoG event will be opened every half an hour.
• The event rewards are not the final version and may be adjusted

The test server will be open from 25th July at 10 am until 29th July at 10 am (CEST).
