Option to write amount of how much we upgrade

When i'm upgrading my lasers, shields, generators and shields with ore/rocks... I have to do it in the options listed...
Could we remove this and make it so we can sell however much we want as long as we type in the amount? For example there will be no drop down list and instead it will just give us a box so we write the amount we want
Its nothing too major, just gives us total control of how much we want to put on our equipment and saves us a few seconds if we were trying to be a bit more precise

 

are you talking about upgrading % when your upgrading lasers etc? if so not really necessary. mostly a was of game coding also.

 

Hi shockwave, although your idea is different, I just dont see how this would improve gameplay, Im sorry. Also Im not sure I follow when you say upgrading. Or are you talking about when you are boosting your lasers? when you are upgrading, you can use any amount. Boosting has the drop down and as biohazard stated, i think its based on some sort of coding.

 

oh ok i see now upgrading with ore. i find that also unnecessary because you can pretty much already do such specific increments anyhow would be un needed time to recode a system like that. also because the ships them selves range just in the areas you the drop down tabs
