Ore collecting problems

I have full salvages lvl 3 protocols on my PET & use it with Auto-looter lvl 3 to collect cargo. I sell the cargo with the permanent trade drone in order to collect the rest of the cargo.

I have noticed over the past several days that when I follow the above process, my PET collects the remaining ore. However, a lot of the times, the ore doesn't show up - it appears to be missing. When more ore is collected, only this shows on my ship.

I believe that this is some sort of glitch/bug & needs to be looked into.

 

Can you provide your UID and server please.

Which ship are you using and what browser?

Also have you done a recent cache and flash clear.

Same thing happens on both Firefox & Chrome.

I always clear my cache & make sure my setting are to receive unlimited data.

This happens mainly in 4-5 maps, though I have noticed in other maps to a lesser extent.

I collect the cargo with my PET & it stops when ship is full. I then sell the cargo with my trade drone & the PET collects the rest of the cargo, however it does not show. When I collect more cargo, then only this extra cargo collected shows.

Yes, I am.

I find that on many occasions when I have collected ore, especially after using the kami on a large number of pcs & in 4-5 & I sell the ore with my trade drone, I have my PET set to auto-loot in order to collect more ore. However, on many occasions, the PET collects the ore yet nothing shows on my ship. When I next collect ore again, either with my ship or PET, only that ore I collect shows.

I have observed this on many occasions, particularly after I have to collect or from a large uber. I have active resource booster as well as all 12 lvl 3 salvage protocols, so a lot of the times it is not possible for me to collect all the ore in one go. On a lot of these occasions I notice that my PET collects the remaining ore, but it does not show on my ship at all.

 

Below is an example from destroying 1 of the 4 melters on Wave 5 of Kappa ....

So on this basis I should collect 84 promerium, 654 duranium, 654 prometid, 1530 each of terbium, endurium & prometium from the other 3 melters.

However, below is what I actually got ...

I got 84 promerium, 654 duranium, 654 prometid, 1530 terbium, 1488 endurium & 990 prometium.

This is even more frustrating when I end up with things like kucurbiums, boss kucurbiums & other npcs which give large amount of ore particularly prometid & duranium.

I am not in a position to say how much I have lost in credits, but as it has been going on for quite a long while, it may be safe to say that the total is likely to be in the 100s of millions!!

 

It is amazing when players have bugs/glitches that DO either don't know anything about or can't do anything about & post a thread about it, how quiet the responses are these are.

This is now getting beyond a joke. This issue still persists & is costing me credits galore - let's say a figure that easily runs into 9 FIGURES!!

And what of compensation for this issue which has been ongoing for weeks - not a flippin chance will be the reply!!

Can someone pull their finger out & give me an answer as to why this is happening & what is going to be done about it &, more importantly, when it is going to be fixed!!

 

This thread/post was started 5 weeks ago, even though I was aware of this problem before this.

is someone going to look into this & give me a response as to when this problem is going to be sorted out.

It is still ongoing & is costing me oogles of credits!!!
