outbid not recredited

    I was outbid , my mail said I was outbid , but I did not get credits back , whats up with that

    Sometimes the auction doens't go well. I would advise you to look in the balance and in the logbook whether you've got your credits. If not, you should try to explain your problem to the support.

    Thank you Julius-816-, for assisting the player with their question.
    Bids are often refunded after the bidding cycle is over. If the bid cycle for the item you were bidding on is over and you have not recieved your credits back you will have to contact Support to resolve the issue.

    Closing as referred to Support.
