    How do i use kamikaze?
    And how do i get level 2,level 3 pet gear?..?

    To use it equip the gear to you pet in the hanger, then turn your pet on in-game and use the drop down menu (the one that has passive / guard mode etc) to select kamikaze.
    For kamikaze to active the pet needs to be close to death.

    To purchase lv3 gears / protocols you need to have a lv8 pet, I'm not sure what it is for lv2 gears but honestly you are just better off waiting until your pet is lv8 and buying lv3 gear / protocols instead of getting any lv2 stuff.
