ok dark orbit east 3 again mega happy and yet again server log in issues come on fix this tired of same old kappa. keep it up and it will soon be time to find a non bigpoint game to play and spend money on. if you cant run a jackpot battle with out screwing up the server then don't run it. so will we have mega or not will log in issues be fixed or not ?

I apologize for the issues you have been experiencing. I am aware that there appears to have been a few server hiccups over the past couple of days, where users may have experienced back page and log in issues, for this i apologize.

At the time of this post the servers should be fine again and you should not experience any issues as you described.

I have a question..If a server is down and members cannot log in then how the heck does a VRU clan get on the server and take out the cbs's?? Sounds like cheating to me and totally unfair. They should be credited for what they spent and those clans punished for taking advantage of a unfair situation. Funny how only enemy clans had access to the server. It's DO's job to protect and keep the game fair and honest but you always drop the ball. Once again money wins out over honesty in dark orbit. You should ban the [removed] vru clan for cheating because that is what they did.

What happens most of the time is that any player that is logged into the game will remain unaffected, only if you log out or refresh will you experience the issues. Therefore if a group of players are still in the game then they will still be able to play as normal, this is not cheating, it is just that those logged in are not usually affected.

I understand these can be frustrating issues when they occur but we don't tolerate accusations towards players or chat within the forums.

I think you missed my point. My point is if there is a problem with a server like east 1 and not everyone can play,it would only be the fair thing to do is to shut down the server until the problem is solved. Not keep it running when all members, some who pay good money to play cannot log in. This allows what you call "Unaffected" players an unfair advantage. If you cannot do that then you need to compensate the players who do not have access and have paid a fee to play which is something DO does not like to do. Take our money every month but don't offer compensation when something goes wrong that costs"US" money.. Not very fair deal. But once again the big money people run the game anyway.

 

I agree with Jass the base got popped due to BIGPOINTS incompetence ! You need to start rewarding players when issues like this occur, and lose the "get over it" mentality people spend money on this game, and for what when issues keep arising that greatly impact the ability to enjoy the game.

 

well several days later same issue`s missed mega happy. bases poped by other players. nothing has been fixed.getting in game is very hit and miss. no apearant fix yet is there any eta ? and yeah no accusations in fourms yeah CUZ DARK ORBIT DOSE NOT HAVE CHEATERS. come on let the man vent it dose not hurt anyone. It may even save a few paying customers from leaving. BTW Ddraig if you don't want accusations in the fourms then why not join the game first hand and watch the "accused" players. lose thousands of uri and ammo to there stuff. Then watch your ep and honor get eclipsed by there stuff and you WILL feel differently. Just sayin. many other online mmo`s do this and it works.

 

now Thursday same issues no fix. how about compensation and repair. have been more then understanding up to this point

To my knowledge most of the recent issues should now be fixed. Support are continuing to work on any ongoing issues and it will be at their discretion whether they do or do not decide to give compensation. However if you are still experiencing this issue (present, not past), can you please describe the issue that you are experiencing in more detail. For example;

- When you log in, do you get an error message?
- Does your web page 'time out'?
