    Password Change FAQ​

    Firstly log into your account, locate in the top right corner of your home page, above SHOP. Click on the little Cog Icon. (As shown Below Marked in Pink)

    Once you have clicked the account link in User Information,
    a new page will appear to give you the opportunity to change your password. (As shown Below)

    You will need to Enter the password 2 times to verify that they match.
    Then click next to proceed.

    Then next window will redirect you to check your registered email address. (As shown below)

    When you recieve an email from Bigpoint, Subject: Change Password.
    The email should look the one shown below.

    Please click the link Confirm New Password to continue.

    After you have clicked the link for the Confirmation of the Password change, you should have a new window open that reads: Success.
    (As shown below)

    At the bottom of this page you will see a Back Button. This will return you to your home page.


    Password Change Completed.
