Patchnotes for May question

· Victory Day (CZ, FR & RU only)To celebrate the Allied Forces’ victory in World War II, we offered special bonus boxes and additional event games for a full 24 hours, on May 8th(CZ & FR) and on Russian servers on May 9th, 2015.

Why wasnt this offered to the USA players? I dont know if you do not know history, But correct me if I'm wrong.
The USA was a key factor in the winning of WW2. Our 2nd A Bomb (Fat Man) dropped on Nagasaki on 9 August 1945 this putting a end to the war which ended 14 August 1945. The Battle of Berlin ended on 2 May 1945 where they surrendered to the Western Allies. Even though they lost Berlin the war continued.

 

To a lot of countries the war ended in May and so they celebrate the end of the war in May, since they had no participation in the Pacific. For instance in a lot of Russian schools it is referred to as "The Great Soviet War" due to their country having the biggest loss of life by a long stretch and they were alone on the Eastern Front.
There were also a total of around 20 countries in the Allied Powers fighting when Berlin fell, it is not just the USA who has been "left out" if you want to see it that way.

The USA celebrates it's V-Day on the 9th of August because that's when their war ended, for other countries their war ended earlier and so they have V-Day on different days.
