    Greetings, Pilots!

    We post a lot of announcements about features and events, but we know that you can’t always see what we are doing to improve the game. These monthly patchnotes are a way to keep you better informed.

    We implemented the following features, events, improvements, and bug-fixes in June:

    Events
    · Helix Secret Sales From June 19 to 29, 2015, the Helix Secret Sales event was held on all servers. Besides offering a lot of special offers and sales, players were able to complete some event missions. In addition to this, some new high-level missions were also introduced to the game and were kept in the game even after the event finished.
    · Open Test Server The test server was opened several times before launching the 3D graphics engine update to let the players check it out and provide feedback.
    · Video Contest Players were asked to record and edit a video of their gameplay during open test server sessions. This event was run in the game forums. In each forum up to three players could win a reward for providing the best-quality video in their forum. As a prize, the winners were rewarded with one of the new 3D drone formations.​

    Bug-fixes
    · Website
    · Equipment: If a player wanted to buy protocol or gear slots for their P.E.T., no discounts (Premium, rebate package) were taken into account due to a bug existing in the calculation of prices.
    · Pilot Sheet: The saved gender will now be saved for good and will not switch back to male afterwards.
    · Shop:
    · The Serum CPU names are now consistently named throughout the shop, both in the item graphics and descriptions.
    · Boosters: For some players, the remaining time was not displayed correctly. This issue has been resolved.​
    · Friend Invite: On US instances, the correct text is now displayed in the “Invite Friends” window.
    · Logbook: The Parasite Tide NPCs “Gygerim” and “Gygerthralls” are now properly named in the logs.
    · Skylab: The Seprom exploit in the Skylab/Refining area has been resolved. ​

    · Game Client
    · Infiltration: NPCs are now displayed as orange dots on the minimap as intended.
    · Refining: Updating lasers and shields with Seprom did not automatically update the display. This error has been fixed.
    · Aegis: If an Aegis ship was shot with a WIZ rocket, the Aegis ship graphic was not removed properly but some parts of it remained displayed. This error has been fixed.
    · Spearhead: The “Recon” ability did not behave correctly. The yellow field disappeared if the player clicked on the minimap after using the ship skill the first time.
    · Demilitarized zones: While fighting, if a P.E.T. was activated in guard mode, and both players jumped through a portal at the same time, the fight continued to go on instead of the players being brought to a demilitarized zone. The P.E.T. behavior has now been changed so that it does not attack anyone for three seconds after a map jump.
    · Upon switching ship designs, the hitpoints and the ship's position were not saved correctly – things should now work properly again.
    · The basic Aegis design no longer disappears when the “Veteran” or “Elite” designs of the Aegis are selected.
    · When a player rejected a contact request, a false entry would appear in the client log. This error has been corrected.
    · Hitpoints: Hitpoint bars are now correctly updated when you use EMP or changing designs.
    · Shields: P.E.T. shield bars now update correctly when switching configurations.
    · Minimap: The background was not shown even when activated in the settings – this glitch has been fixed!
    · P.E.T.: When the P.E.T. used the “trade” mode, it was still visible when returning to the ship even when the ship was cloaked – this error has been fixed.
    · Missions: The wrong reward message displayed for “The Lost Colony” mission has been replaced with the correct one.
    · LoW gate: The Group Gate exploit which used ship warps and hangars is no longer possible.
    · Mission Control: Missions were temporarily not displayed in the mission control. This error has been fixed.​

    Improvements
    · The prices for the Parasite Tide healing items, which are permanently part of the shop, have been changed to the sales price.
    o ANTI-Z1 – 108 Uridium (instead of 300)
    o ANTI-Z2 – 972 Uridium (instead of 2,700)
    · Payment: During HH, MHH and Helix price sales as well as for payments by deeplink, we will no longer offer non-immediate payment methods (e.g. bank transfer will no longer be offered in such cases).​

    Localization
    · Shop: Pusat design texts in the shop are now localized in Spanish, too.​

    We have also implemented a number of additional bug-fixes, text corrections and other improvements.
