    WAY TO GO BIG POINT o_O *clapping* ... So pay by cash is gone, and many of us have a positive balance. Do you know what is going to happen to our money; our HARD EARNED money now that we can not use Pay by Cash? It's gone (I was told they can do nothing for me), good job on communicating to your loyal players. Now I wish I had never spent a penny with you guys at least I would have my money still... :mad: I know, I know... For payment issues contact *payment support* :rolleyes:; just so you know there is no way to resolve Pay by Cash this way. Back to SWTOR I go at least their support cares about P2P players...

    As we have been advised the Pay by Cash payment method has been deactivated.

    Please be advised that the UGC payment method is also not longer available to use on July 2014.

    Please contact PayBy Cash under: CustomerService@PayByCash.com/
    and ask them to reimburse the funds that you had remaining.

    Then I would recommend that you send your communications with them to the support department and request them to guide you on how to proceed further.
