Payment Blacklist? (repost)

  1. Sorry for re-posting but the mod jumped to closing. I had contacted support but this is all they told me.

    Idk what's up with the credit card company. It's a new card but I've tried using a paypal that I had used before and it said I was still on the blacklist? It's completely separate from my credit card. It won't let me use another kind of payment now. Whenever I try to contact support again it won't let me add a description on what my real problem is. I just get a ticket. Any help?
     
  2. Nothing can be done in forums i'm afraid. And yes, the payment problem needs some updating, it doesn't let you explain the issue you are having, and we all know it's irritating enough trying to get the DO support team to understand a single word in the first place.

    As previously stated, you will have to conatact support to deal with any payment type issues. As we here in forums do not have access to that type of information.
