Payment F A Q

I tried to start a thread in this location and was told I did not have proper rights.

I have been away from game for a while and have U G C currency cards and find the Pay By Cash button gone. Is there a way I can use this method of payment before the closure of the company in mid August?

The payment options offered will usually have a geographical influence, for example i know for certain that payment options in the United States differ from those offered to Great Britain.

Dark Orbit and Bigpoint in general offer a wide range of payment options. However unfortunately despite this not all payment options in the world will be used by Dark Orbit and Bigpoint. In cases also, payment options can also be removed.

All the payment options available to you should appear when you choose an item to purchase, this then enables you to explore the payment options available. If you are unable to find an option that accepts UGC Currency Cards then the likelihood is that Dark Orbit does not accept this payment option, or it could be that this payment option is not available in your area.
