payment issues with my account.

Any help from forum admin would be appreciated,
Im having issues with another account,payment issues that are now in the hands of a debt collector from germany!!,after many attempts of comunication through google translate,i still cant make sense of how to pay this debt off in full to retrieve my account.
would it be possible for a forum admin to private message me to discuss this further,any help or information would be very appreciated.

Something with your Bigpoint portal account went wrong and you don't understand what happened? Then don't fret, you can get help in our FAQ. Just look for the "I" at the top right next to the search function. In the FAQ, you'll find lots of handy information as well as a contact form which you can fill out to get in contact with our Support team.

No, you actually have to fill out the form under neither that.

 

Stoo, Unfortunately Payment issues are only handled by Support. There is a link to Support in my signature. When contacting Support please try to put as much information regarding your account in the event that your User ID in not handy.
