payment issues

    around 7pm during mega happy hour I tried to add a $100.00 subway gift card so I can receive all the goodies. I kept receiving a error. I have uploaded pictures of the error and time stamps so once this matter is resolved I won't loose the uridium, formation, GG spins and 3 month's premium as it was promised.
    Once this matter is resolved I was wondering want substitution option I have for the Bat Formation? I already have that formation .

    I have emailed support but the response time is a little bit longer then what I expect. Is there any type of support here that can fix my matter for me?

    If you emailed support, you don't need to make a post on the forum. Plus, payment issues are only dealt with through the email.

    Nothing can be done on the forums.

    As you have been advise you may need to contact support and describe your issue. Tell them you have screenshots of your attempts and when they respond back, you can attach the images for further investigation.
