PET

After my P.E.T. is attacked it will not allow me to take it in or rep it, even hours after has been attacked. This is a problem for me in 5-3 where i don't jump port and i like to take my pet in when i have to kill something so it dosen't level up. In order to take my pet in i have to re-log everytime after it is attacked. There needs to be a time limit on how long u will get the message " your P.E.T is involved in combat" so that u can put it away.

How long are you waiting when trying to bring the P.E.T. back in, and are you still experiencing the issue at this time? If so, can you also provide us your User ID?

It is usually a few mins after it has stopped being attacked but i have also tried 2 hours later. Still get the message P.E.T. involved in combat. Yes this is still an issue at this time. If I use the hotkey E it will say P.E.T. involved in combat then P.E.T. deactivated but it does not deactivate. Note that this is only a problem when you stay in one map, jumping through a port will resolve. It is not just with my account, everyone's is like this.

While you are in that map, are you there for an extended period of time? If so... have you attempted to clear the flash data history/ cache to see if that resolved your issue.

Yes I am there for a few hours sometimes without jumping thru a portal or logging off. I just tried clearing everything, still the same. I think it might just be the way the P.E.T. is.

I had this problem when I used the Guard Mode, you just simply need to attack something so that the PET can attack it with you. Just pop an alien and it should work fine

Does it have full amount of HP / Health?

 

Your pet needs to be at really low hp before it will kami... shoot it until its about dead and it will work

This is still a bug in the game client. Hopefully i will c it fixed in the upcoming patch notes.
