Pilot profile....

    I am not able to see my pilot profile picture.
    I tried clearing the cache and cookies and tried uploading suitable pictures.It said your picture is ok and when i upload it, it shows the default image..Some one help me with this ..

    Hello °ÐAR§HAÑ®

    Have you uploaded a image whose resolution does not match the specifications?

    If yes then the default resolution of a image that can be uploaded is 115 x 125 pixel and also size should not exceed 15kb.

    Poseidonfury I am able to see my dp on top uers list and when i open my profile page it becomes default... It is normal in my other account of different server but i have got problem only in this. I can see my profile pic in users list and other lists... But when i open my pilot profile it appears default

    You should view your pilot profile from Home page > Pilot (Click the home or DarkOrbit logo on backpage, then the "PILOT" tab at the bottom of your "Pilot License") and see if your Logo, or avatar appears on the left hand side.

    If it shows, it's just a little error that's not much of a problem. For me, the avatar disappears and reappears on the Pilot Sheet area, but it stays on for everyone else ^^

    I have it reversed... I mean can see the image at left side but no on pilot sheet

    He has it on home page, but when he views his profile, it doesn't show an image. That's what I'm getting from him.

    Hello °ÐAR§HAÑ®,

    Sorry for the delay in getting a response to your issue.

    I hope you don't mind but we had a quick look into your account and we were able to change the avatar successfully with it appearing on your external pilot profile, although we were getting issues in that it only appeared when we logged out of the account. If we logged back into the account it would disappear.

    Therefore i will pass this issue on your account to be investigated into since something doesn't seem quite right.

    Thank you for reporting this issue and i thank you for your patience whilst we get this looked at.
