    Okay People, after like 3,4 weeks i wanted to open my skil tree and nothing happens, like i didnt even clicked it, nothing loads it just stay still, i send some messages for support and they still dont do anything so i wonder if u guys got some suggestion or something?

    First off , lets start with a few basic questions.

    1. What operating system do you use?
    2. What browser do you Use?
    3. What type of computer, (Desktop / laptop / Ipad / of Phone)
    4. Do you have an updated java?
    5. Do you have an updated flash player?
    6. What type of internet connection are you using? (DSL / Cable / Wifi)

    have u cleaned your box of cookies and temp files. if not i would start there as this will speed up the help process. i use ccleaner from piriform. And the clean again threw browser. I also clean flash from the adobe flash page. hope this helps

    cleaning your bedroom may help 2 :) just wishful thinking

    Could you please give this a try:

    Log out of the game... go to
    your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

    Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)

    delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

    Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
