Since 1/30/2013 the East Coast server as well as others in DO world have been losing players, here are the stats that I have been keeping for East Coast 1 server.

-Pacman2- has done a lot of work on this kind of stuff, here's a thread he carried over from the old forum.

It shows every server apart from the IP locked ones of Brasil 2 and Scandinavia 2. It looks like the sort of stats you are looking for.
