Please Fix our current problems

on back page clan search feature wont work.
if your looking up a clan.



In hangar when i put on some items i keep getting an error in some language?
so i have to constantly refresh.




in Game it looks like lasers are shooting a bit slower.


i dont ever lag until bp is doing something/adding please fix the lag.


tired of reporting the same issues that never gets a reply of fixed.

The moderators who work on the forums are all volunteers and do this for free. They try to reply to people as quickly as possible, but sometimes they can not get to everyone immediately.

As far as your problems, try clearing your cache and making sure your flash player is up to date. These are the first things that the moderators will ask you to do.

 

lmao do i look like a noob to you ?have u ever tried clearing you cache all day?
checking if you have the lastest updates? clearing cookies ?


i even bought a new computer back in 2013 just to play this game

i only get lag EVERYTIME they do an update.
i play sto,lol & battlefield online & I Never Lag!!!

& yes i have 4g internet connection.





email support for them just to tell me to clear my cache/Cookies update my flashplayer .

dude its like they know the game have problems & wont fix it.
But they will put out Mega with no problem.

instead of puttin out the next mega they need to focus on gamers gameplay & im not even talk about the cheaters

 

I don't know how you would expect me to know how "noobish" you are.

But a lot of people have been having problems with the game lately, so there isn't really that much people on the forums can do for you, other than to tell you to clear your cache.

 

^ that's your problem, your pc and connection is too advanced for this 2 game.
I'm using a commadore 64 to play do though a copper cable all the way to the server (only jkin ) and still have less problems than a lot of players with better connection and pc spec.

DO seem to be updating the game lag frequency quite regularly these days.
