Poor effort.

DarkOrbit reached 300,000 likes on their facebook page. They reposted an old code to give the Lord of Likes title and tried to play it off as a new reward to the community.
For those who don't know the code is "ILIKEDARKORBIT" and has been around for a long time ... it was the reward to the community for the facebook page getting to some other figure, something like 185k I think.

There was a section on the facebook page called "fan bonus" and it was saying thanks for helping us to get 185k likes, bla bla bla. Since reaching 300,000 and reusing the same reward they have since deleted this section of the page to try and cover up ever using the same code twice.

Although it's something as petty as a code, what is the point? Better to give nothing at all than to pretend like you have put effort into rewarding the community when instead nothing has been done.
The state of DarkOrbit has been improving, they in the process of reforming it and the new updates look promising. No need to do something as petty and stupid as lying to your community about "rewards" when all you do is copy and past the same one from last year which most people already have.

Just a poor effort, nothing else, nothing more. If you are going to put no effort in then don't put anything at all.

I would even say "DarkOrbit reached 300,000 likes on their facebook page." is a bit dubious.
Considering the week on week accounts adding any EP is only around 150K accounts in total. Then how may of them would actually like DO on facebook.
