Uhm, I can access forums on my phone just fine, so I am not sure I am understanding the need for this. Im sorry, I am trying to grasp it. Because unless you have a phone that doesnt have specific software, you wont be able to even log on to the game to access forums. Unless what you are saying is that there should be an app that allows forums to be a seperate application in which you can access it at any given time without the need to log in?

Its not that its hard to access the forums. Tapatalk makes it easier to access the forums with your phone and it gives you notifications when someone posts on your thread or somewhere you are watching.

 

DO forum seems not friendly to use，no guide and Help is not enough. For a newbie like me, I can't even find out how to post a thread of my own.

to open forums without the Game..

look at the top info BAR.. copy this address and paste it to a notepad, copy note pad and make an email from your email account and send it to yourself.. then its in your email.. and you can just copy n paste till you have it saved to your phone.. Im sure others have an easier way.

 

Well the thing is. This forum does not work properly with my phone. I can read threads and post but Many of the buttons are weird and you still have to log in through the game. Tapatalk auto-logs you in every-time you open it and allows you to view the forums faster and easier in a simpler format than BigPoint's Mobile Template that doesn't work completely.

Every button and link and feature in the black area does not work. This is exactly how my phone looks when I log into the forums and it takes about 5 minutes to get to this page since it takes longer just to open up Darkorbit.com and login into my account and then click all the popups then click on forum.

Tapatalk fixes that

 

Not sure they want the forum to be separated from the game considering there's no log-in form like there was on the v-Bulletin, just an api linking your Dark Orbit account to a forum account.

That is true but I think Tapatalk has a feature that allows you to login using alternate means. Such as API.
