posting a screen shots on the forum?

    hello,
    I am having trouble posting a screen shot in the forum. there use to be a window with a bunch of options in it that allowed this, but I can not find it.. can some explain how to do this so I can post a screen shot on the forum? i understand how to take the screen shot but having an issue getting it on the forum. i did look in the faq index and the tabs for posting on the forum were white and disabled.

    Very simple:
    1. Paste your screenshot on a program such as 'paint'.
    2. Save the image as a JPEG file.
    3. Go to an image uploader site for example 'tinypic'.
    4. Upload your image onto the website.
    5. Find the link to your image from the website. (for 'tinypic' it will be the address bar when viewing the full raw image).
    6. Upload image via the image button on the forum posting palette.
    7. Paste the link to your image.
