Ppl on GB1 server take it to far

last nite i was on the GB1 server i had threats made against my nefew and the ppl that play on my server think its a joke and how funny it is even to the fact untill i logged off the server the same account that whispered me the threat was still sat happily giving me digs in global and the 2 CAs that were online done nout and even when my home address was posted in the global chat they still sat there what has this game turned into and is this how big point wish to treat the players who pay there bills by sitting aside and doing nothing i thourt when they sat and let ppl bot on the game and use magic locks that was bad but this is a brand new level

 

saw it all ,same clan as usual .send to support ask them to look at chat on global gb1 server from the time it all kicked off ,they can access the chat logs even after server reset .

 

#1, make sure you remember what time it was when these threats was being typed toward you as insults.
#2, remember the user name that said these threats to you and posted your information that you wish to keep private.
#3, remember the moderators name that's failed to act when these threats was typed.

P.S people that insult you on forums and in games usually be punks.

 

Personally, I would contact support an leave it a day
an if nothing was done about it i would contact the police!

Given the history of that account and its multiple owners
I dont know why you dont just change your name an lay low
as its only ever going to attract more trouble!​

 

I seen it all and trouble is players know they get away with it .
The ones that do stuff like that in chat are just losers with low selfestem.

Yeh contact support, I aint seen a CM/CA do anything to anyone in the chat for weeks now. I have turned my chat off recently cos people seriously bully others on chat cos they have spent their live savings been able to shoot me on a game...REMOVED

 

Best thing you can do is to contact support.

 

If it has not been posted they will ask you for a screen shot of the chat conversation.

 

Change that to certain players know they get away with it.​

 

It's saddens me that the CA's didn't do anything at all, when something like that happens...and yet when it's something small they quickly rush towards the ban hammer.

But yeah, you should contact support, ask them to check chat logs and send them the players names...if you remember.

 

This happens in all servers by select players. Best thing to do is to take a screen shot (press "prt sc" on your keyboard) and send it to the Darkorbit support department where it can be investigated and taken care of properly. Have a good day!

then this is very much a police matter.
the police are equipped to deal with these online trolls now days​

 

Theres never a CM on when you want them anymore. The server chat goes out of control sometimes its ridiculous....
