    My prem ran out. How do I get that offer to make it come again? Like that prem offer for lower price?

    The uridium deals and premium offers are random and different player may get different deals and also the pop-up is random, sometimes you may get it and sometimes not.

    Do you (the original poster) have any further questions or can we close?

    before ur prem runs out, you would be given a prem deal that will extend ur prem for another month at a lower price. it would also have its own tab in the uri page for it. is that a one time thing? if so i aint buying anymore.

    It's not a one time thing.
    As Poseidon had said above, offers like these are just random, so you need to be on the lookout for it.
    Either way, premium is a pretty good advantage at its price, you'll enjoy it when you reach FE and what not. At the moment, I don't have premium, but I'll probably start buying it in a few years :p
