premium fail

  1. Hello, i just bought premium and did not got it. Will it be added to mine account after issue with back page is going to be fixed? And how days of premium will be counted? It is kinda frustrating especialy since You made complicated contacting support with so many unnecessary questions. And I made payment with bitcoin where there was no admin to give me help with issue since noone had response on my question. Dont make things harder when its not needed.

    This might have something to do with the back-page being messed up, I'd give it a bit for things to process and the back-page to be fixed and perhaps write support and explain your problem to them, they can be slow and sometimes useless but its your best bet if you haven't done so already.

    If you had purchased premium pack you can check subscription page to check whether it was added to your account also you can check your home page under darkorbit logo where "PREMIUM" should be mentioned in bold letters, if you are a premium member and if not that space will be blank. The number days to be added to your account depends on the premium pack you purchased. Please check below information's relating to premium packs and how to check subscription status.


    How to check subscription status:
    Click on "Uridium" >>> Subscriptions.

    Premium Packs:
    Premium Bronze Pack = 1 month
    Premium Silver Pack = 6 month
    Premium Gold Pack = 1 year

  4. I bought it during the backpage issue, not knowing DO would take SOOO long to try to fix it, but i got it no problem. there must have been an issue on your end, or somethings wrong...
