    A benefit of premium is access to all radar advantages. What are these advantages? Can I use these to find cloaked players easily?

    Premiums gives you a mini-map advantage of identifying "NAP Pacted pilots" as gold on the mini-map, and "Allied" as green on the mini-map, and of course it would mark "War Pact" pilots as red on the mini-map. It's the same as the "Radar CPU" that displays diplomacy status on mini map.Only one of these items is allowed per configuration. So a benefit of premium is having that advantage without needing the cpu.

    MȖǸTƵ, The above answers are correct. The Radar advantages are those provided by the Radar CPU without having one on your ship.
