Primary acc banned

Hi, I posted a thread in the old Dark Orbit forum when it was still operational about my main acc that was banned for reasons unknown. When the forum moved to this new one they didn't send me a message or close to thread to tell me that they'd move so I haven't gotten anywhere in about 4 months on the issue. I do think I know why I was banned in the first place, my name choice. But why for so long? I haven't been able to log into this particular account for about 9-12 months now. I've never had anything other bans other than a couple of chat and maybe a 1 day ban.

Can't access any page that gives me the User ID of the acc so I don't know.

 

Hello, you're gonna have to message support, and say what you said...including on how long the ban was. However, seeing as the ban was due to your game name, then chances are it wasn't for a long one, so they may be able to remove the ban.

Anyways, when you message them, just say the accounts name; and by name, the login name...just game name( because you don't have access to the UID). And ask for how long it was, and if it's possible that they remove the ban. You must include the server of the account too.

 

did u even read what he said ? or did u just looked at the title ..but noh.. u just assumed he;s a cheater right away

All his account has is a suspension...not a ban ...unless they'd actually perm banned the account for just a minor case; inappropriate username, which i doubt.
