Problem with Electro Optics

    It seems that since DO announced new B-ray there were some problems with shields and penetration of shields but i think there is also a problem with Electro Optics cause before missing was so rare but since yesterday im missing alot more than usual. Please check it

    I hope it get fixed is so hard to play with this problem also there might be any other problem with skill tree as there were all problems after this update
