problem with game page not loading

    its just a blank page????

    East one usa not working

    i want my money back for premium and box x2 i pay good money and i want too play , they take our money but dont give us credit for the time the game dont work as planed...

    soo no mod will help

    Auggietthedog, be patient, if your looking for a moderator they will see your post in no time. But I cant answer this, I guess you're just going to have to wait till it gets fixed. Make sure your Internet connection is good.

    Whoa. Looks kinda like your java might be messed up, try uninstalling and re-installing your java. Or update it.

    Maybe try a different browser? Personally I like Opera and Maxthon for this game. Also get CCleaner, which is a free program that clears your caches and run it between logins.

    I do apologize in the delayed response. We are a bit short staffed in the forums area and do try to reach each post in a timely manner. Are you still having an issue getting into the client or was it a temporary issue?

    I have some of this same issue.. I have updated all Flash and Java.. but my Flight Screen wont load up..

    yet I DO have Main Page..

    I'm having the same problem. Flight screen will not load with Firefox. It will load with Chrome, but flashplayer crashes a few seconds later.
