problem with ore after transfer from skylab

    On Monday night I logged in around 9:00pm est. When I got into the map I went to check to see if my transfer went through from the morning. When I clicked to check I found my 12 million sep being sucked away and left with only 7900 left on ship. A rolling message over and over that said update of shields was taking place as this happened. never have experienced this before in the 5 years I have played. My shields have been lvl 16 so no help needed. Support has no answer and is no help. I am now minus 12 million upgraded sep that was on my ship and have no answers. Maybe this whole update that was done that is affecting chat today has something to do with it. It's too bad DO support has no sympathy that I lost 12 miilon sep in seconds nor do they seem to care.

    Unfortunately since you are already / have been in contact with support regarding this issue, we are unable to assist you in this thread. My only advise would be if you ever experience such issues that you take a screen shot as evidence to show support, since they may not always have all the information they need to assist you with your issue.
