Problem

  1. I'm posting this here because i did not get good support from the ticket i made.

    I was buying 1 month premium(Few hours ago) with my credit card(its a card you must deposit on) Usually it takes no time to deposit on it so i decided to spam the "buy button" since deposit on the cc have always been instant. Then came a error with no other message on and it closed the window. When i opened the shop again it said that i owe DO 40.95€

    If i try to buy something now it says i can only pay via bank transfer.

    Hope someone here can help me but please note that i'm posting here because i have already sent tickets to payment support and they gave me garbage reply.

    If DO has a support phone number it would be really nice if you could post it here.

  2. Well not sure if this was your first time buying with the card but your problem is probably with the card company. A number of them will hold international transactions, which is what it is unless your bank is in Germany/Duetchland. You will never get them on the phone and if anyone ever does let me know. I don't mind being wrong. Switch to doing paypal or something else that will not be seen as international purchases. I don't trust bank transfers, though its close to the same as the card itself. Also, be aware that since you already contacted support, your thread will be closed with "no real help" from a mod. Wait for it..... Mods won't dare prove me wrong, lol. Good Luck Bud...

    After reading this, I will tell you that you need to continue on with payment support as we here in forums can do Nothing to assist you.

    What this tells me, is that your account is currently stopped pending a balance being paid. So, if you send the wire transfer for whatever the amount is that they are requesting... your account should be returned.

    I might also suggest in the future, maybe you might want to consider using gift cards as your form of payment to possibly avoid this issue in the future.

    but I said before, you will need to deal directly with payment support.
    Unfortunately due to the nature of this thread - It will be closed as you are being directed back to support.
