Problems in ( Boosters , Cargo trader , Sepping lasers )

Peace upon you all
i've been having these problems for quite a while now starting with boosters, like when i win boosters i sometimes dont recieve any from that i won but i dont recieve any of my creds back either.
My 2nd problem is sepping the lasers or anything else, when i do that i see that the amount changes for a second there but it gets back to the old amount the one before i sepped the lasers i.e i had 50k sepped lasers, i put 5k sep, it turns 100k then it gets back to 50k quickly.
The 3rd problem is the "Cargo trader" on pet it takes 5min to cool down and that is too much tbh because i didnt had that on my old account, it supposed to be 1min.
Well i would really apreciate if you guys fix this problem as soon as possible

1. Auction works flawlessly for me. Check log to see if you actually recieved if you didnt but credits are missing check uridium then transactions and see where the credits when. If nothing shows up email support not much we can do here.
2. It is a visual bug, it does still apply. if you add one for sep its going to flash the actual number again. support is aware of this.
3. the higher level you get the lower the cooldown (if i remember properly) but when buying it there is no cooldown notice at all so you cant really say anything

Issue # 1- If you did not receive the item from an auction and the credits were not returned to your account you will need to contact support.

Issue # 2 is a visual glitch that is a known issue that is currently under investigation.

Issue # 3 - If you have a level 1 Cargo Trade Gear, it is going to take longer for it to cool down than a Level 3 Cargo Trade Gear.

OMG! am so sorry i didnt realise that i had lvl1 cargo trader am always use to lvl3 , and for the auction thing it i didnt find anything about the bid neither in logbook nor balance, but the auction seems to be working fine now. again i really apologize for wasting your time and tyvm for being helpful anyway .
