problems with auction

    yes, hi.

    during the auction hour 7:00 pm usa west server
    i posted for an iris
    i did not win nor did i get my credits back
    and the post that i did was also for the same amount as the player who had it at the start of the fallowing hour.

    at the this time i have lost the credits for the iris bid

    could you please help me

    sorry incorrect time of auction
    (log book)
    19.04.2014 - 18:00 Auction won: G3N-7900 speed generator
    (balance page)
    19.04. 18:00 Bid submitted - 25,143,123 C.(it show that i had this amount on the bid for 19:00 hours but the amount was double(to what the current bid is and what i had bid on it) and a different player had it)

    19.04. 17:58 Bid submitted - 7,000,000 C.

    the speed engine is just for location of the event in my account

    thinking that at the end of the fallowing hour i would see my credits back, still nothing
