Prolonged ban

    I was banned for a week and 5 days later (today) my account is still banned... I sent an email to support earlier and i'm still awaiting a reply. I don't know why my account is still banned.
    If any mod is reading this who also is part of the support, can they help me get a quicker reply please... (i want to play crazy cubikons);)

    Support has 48 hours to reply, so be patient, they WILL answer. However I don't think theres a way how to speed it up..

    ok so why has my account not been unbanned?

    And also why should i be patient when they clearly know how long the account should be banned for and they've just ignored my emails (sent 2 in the last 5 days) and kept the ban going...

    And why you were banned? I don't believe support didn't send you any email back. Did you really wrote everything right?

    Creating different tickets does not help, you need to wait for supports reply, since you have already contacted support I will close this thread as this issue now rests with support.
