Promerium refinery not making prom

hello,
can some one please tell me what is going on with the sky lab? my lab is not making promerium. the unit is turned on but there is red triangle on the gears when I open the window to view the progress. how do I get it to work again. I am having the same issue on my other acc as well but it is not making sep or prom. any information would be helpful. all the other resourses are completely full and working as they always have.

Sorry I may not be able to help you, but what lv's are your factories How much energy do you have (solar module ) , ect.

 

Hmm, like jackknife said, I believe that might be because your seprom refinery is at higher level than promerium refinery. If that is the case your seprom refinery is using more promerium than promerium refinery is making.

 

the prom factory is at lvl 19 and the sep is at lvl 16. all the other stuff is lvl 20(everything). there is a red triangle with a ! in the middle of it. all the other factories are full in regards to storage. there is a % beside it one at 75% and the other at 25%. ive had this acc for years and have never seen this happen. it started a few days ago. i did look around on the forum to see what was going on or if there was any mention to it and i have not found anything.

i did turn them off and re logged and turned them back on and it is still showing the same thing.

i am upgrading them now to see if that will fix it aa well. i will post a screen shot when the upgradesing is completed if it still has the issue

my noobie acc is having the same issue with the same refineries however they are not close to lvl 20 maybe 16 or 17 at best. i am wondering if a penalty has been applied for only transporting the ore or maybe sending too much in certain period of time ( does this type of penalty exist?). i use my citadel with the cargo expander and premium to send and doing this 1-2x s a day can put a good dent in what is left in storage.

Can i ask whether you are currently upgrading this module? If you are upgrading a module then it will not produce any ore. My seprom refinery module is currently upgrading to level 20 and is displaying the same red triangle as described by you.

hershy and fusion82 are the same player?
If they are the same, then the upgrade was apparently started in order to try to solve the problem, but from the info given I cant see that it will make a difference as the Refineries are in descending order as they should be with Seprom the least

jackknife's 'Solar module' suggestion is about the best I can think of.. Xeno production might also make this % issue possible

its the "there is a % beside it one at 75% and the other at 25%" from fusion82 that makes me think that there is something not up to speed
